About this role
Role Overview
Work within Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), participating in labor and social security due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Perform technical analyses, identify risks and opportunities, prepare reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Review labor, social security and human resources documentation of target companies as part of due diligence processes.
Review payrolls, social charges, labor provisions and employee benefits.
Assess compliance with labor and social security ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, among others).
Identify risks related to employee hiring practices.
Support analyses related to outsourcing and other labor and social security matters.
Prepare analysis spreadsheets, calculations and executive presentations.
Assist in preparing due diligence reports, including risk descriptions, financial impacts and recommendations.
Requirements
Interest in Brazilian labor and social security legislation.
Knowledge of HR administration routines and payroll processing.
Familiarity with social charges and ancillary obligations.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Ability to interpret legal, accounting and financial documents.
Previous experience in consulting, auditing, due diligence or labor/social security compliance.
Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital.
Experience with labor or social security calculations.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Prior experience in labor/social security consulting, payroll audit, labor compliance or due diligence is considered a plus.
