Collaborating with multiple layers of management to develop solutions, improve capabilities throughout the organization
Leading agile teams in requirements gathering, development, and end-to-end testing
Developing applications on complex projects, components, and subsystems for the division
Providing on-site and on-call support as needed and acting as a subject matter expert

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five or more (5+) years of experience in the job offered
five or more (5+) years of experience as a technical lead in mainframe brokerage or stock plan services systems and application development
Alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered
three (3) years of experience as a technical lead in mainframe brokerage and stock plan services systems and application development
While not required, knowledge of ETL, Informatica, Java, Python, or other distributed languages is a plus
