Manage the tactical execution of the supply chain for raw materials replenishment.
Drive improvements in Supplier OTIF, TIRA, and Forecast Accuracy.
Communicate with production facilities and suppliers to ensure material availability.
Analyze inventory variances and projected stockouts to determine root cause.
Lead shortage mitigation efforts to ensure uninterrupted production.
Work closely with Sourcing Category Managers on sourcing strategies.

Two year Associates degree from a college or university; or 2+ years’ experience working in a supply chain, sales, or operations capacity in a manufacturing environment.
Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
Intermediate Excel functionality required – PIVOT Tables, Vlookup, basic statistical formulas, etc
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills up and down the organizational hierarchy.
