Looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of our product and expand into new domains and territories.
Work directly with the CEO, CTO, engineers, partners, and customers to define priorities, improve workflows, and deliver meaningful features.
Engage directly with customers (law firms) to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
Work with legal practice management software partners to discover opportunities to streamline workflows for their clients.
Identify high-impact problems and define clear product priorities.
Translate business goals into a focused product roadmap.
Work closely with engineering to deliver features end-to-end.
Write clear, concise product specification and requirements.
Break down problems into actionable work.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery without unnecessary process.
Align with Sales and Client Success to understand client needs.
Balance competing priorities across the business.
Communicate clearly with all stakeholders.

4–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience working with small to mid-sized teams (10–100 people).
Strong product thinking and prioritisation skills – able to translate customer problems into simple, effective solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Comfortable working hands-on with engineers in a collaborative, low-process environment.
Ability to define and track product success metrics.
