The Operations Manager is the sole operational owner for Enterprise Operations Software Licensing, with primary accountability for key strategic partner royalty products.
This role manages end‑to‑end operational execution, compliance, systems administration, and cross‑functional coordination to support global software licensing and royalty obligations.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring HP’s compliance with licensing requirements and minimizing financial exposure.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience supporting software licensing, royalties, compliance, or enterprise operations.
Strong working knowledge of enterprise systems, data management, and financial accuracy controls.
Proven ability to independently manage complex operational workflows and compliance‑driven processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills.
