First level university degree required, MBA preferred.
10+ years of business management, Contractual business experience, category, business and/or P&L management.
Proven track record in leading cross-function teams by influence.
Familiarity with HP's E2E solutions business framework, process & infrastructure.
Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing requirements aligned with broader business objectives.
Strong understanding of business management processes, metrics, and operational frameworks.
Ability to drive data-driven decisions, defining metrics, and aligning tools for efficient business operations.
