Support consultative pre-sales activities, from qualification to proposal development
Structure end-to-end offerings (scope, approach, deliverables, and metrics)
Orchestrate internal stakeholders (sales, architecture, delivery, and marketing)
Facilitate workshops, executive meetings, and strategic presentations
Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth
Monitor success indicators and ensure client satisfaction

Work hands-on to define solutions focused on Copilot and AI Agents
Stay connected to market trends and technological advancements

Experience in client relationship management, Customer Success, consulting, or similar roles
Background in consultative pre-sales (discovery, diagnostics, storytelling, and proposals)
Ability to translate business needs into strategic solutions
Experience in project management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
Ability to operate in dynamic environments with multiple priorities
Execution-oriented profile with a results focus
Advanced or fluent English (English required)
Experience in technology companies, consulting, or professional services (plus)
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI Agents (plus)
Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, data, or artificial intelligence (plus)
Familiarity with Power Platform (plus)
Certifications in project management, agile methodologies, or Customer Success (plus)
