About this role
Role Overview
Build and expand relationships with executive decision makers
Own strategic enterprise opportunities from introduction through close
Develop partnerships across the home services ecosystem
Represent Broccoli at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences
Work closely with the founders on enterprise growth strategy
Help establish Broccoli as the leading AI platform for home services
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, business development, partnerships, consulting, or industry leadership
Existing executive-level relationships within home services, private equity, franchising, or adjacent industries
Track record of sourcing and closing large, complex deals
Experience selling to or working with multi-location businesses
Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate independently and create opportunities from scratch
Existing relationships with PE-backed operators, franchise groups, or large home service organizations (Strongly Preferred)
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, landscaping, or other field-service industries (Strongly Preferred)
Experience working with operational software, business transformation, or technology adoption initiatives (Strongly Preferred)
