Provide world-class customer service through email, phone, and other client communication channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, including retention, issue resolution, communications, and product-related support.
Apply industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to meet goals and support client needs independently.
Identify, analyze, and document client business needs by gathering specifications, conducting research, and recommending solutions.
Assist clients with questions regarding Safe Harbor IRA account setup and transfers with outside Third Party Administrator firms.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of experience in operational role including professional phone and e-mail correspondence
Functional/technical skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong, clear communication (both written and oral English), including influencing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
