Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments affecting commercial auto insurance
Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights to support business strategy and risk mitigation.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
7+ years of relevant experience, including litigation or trial work in private practice and/or in-house experience at an insurance company that writes commercial auto policies
Significant experience handling or advising on commercial insurance coverage, bad faith, and extra-contractual litigation
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex matters and competing priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex legal concepts for business audiences.
