Role Overview
- Lead and manage marketing projects from concept to delivery
- Oversee creative workflows and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and team communication
- Review performance data and help guide improvements
- Work closely with leadership on new ideas, launches, and partnerships
- Bring marketing expertise to the table and elevate the quality of every project
Requirements
- Strong background in digital marketing (strategy + execution)
- Solid understanding of funnels, conversions, and campaign structure
- Ability to guide or collaborate on graphic design and creative assets
- Experience owning and delivering high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Someone hungry to build, improve, and make things happen
- Nice to Have: Experience working with international teams
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRMs, or project management platforms
- A portfolio or examples of marketing projects you’ve led
