As a People Partner, you work in close strategic partnership with Heads, People Leads and project leads. You help our leaders foster self-responsibility, development and performance within teams — while keeping both organizational goals and individual needs equally in mind.
You advise and support the Heads in your areas of responsibility on all employee-related matters and assist them in developing and implementing a people strategy that strengthens the company's objectives.
You support our People Leads on topics such as leadership, performance management and employee development, and in implementing our people processes and guidelines.
You act as a sparring partner for lateral leads in our projects and strengthen them in their team leadership.
You design innovative HR instruments — from career paths to feedback formats that set benchmarks and promote our organizational culture.
Requirements
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner and good knowledge of German labor law.
Experience advising and supporting leaders at both individual and team levels.
Experience in organizational development and transformation projects within project-based organizations, ideally in a digital and fast-paced environment.
Strong resilience in dealing with ambiguity and changing requirements; you provide direction in uncertain phases.
Clear, empathetic communication that builds sustainable relationships with internal and external partners — fluent in German and English.
