Gather and detail business requirements through meetings with key users and analysis of existing documentation.
Identify improvement opportunities in current processes and propose solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA.
Prepare functional specifications for the development and implementation of enhancements.
Plan, prepare, and execute functional and integrated tests.
Support users during the execution of unit tests and user acceptance tests (UAT).
Support the change management process and the transport of functionalities to the production environment.
Provide functional and technical support after go-live (hypercare and ongoing support).
Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring operational continuity of business processes.
Interact with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and internal consultants to align requirements and deliveries.

Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA support and enhancement projects.
Experience in requirements gathering and preparation of functional specifications.
Experience conducting and overseeing functional tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Knowledge of transport processes and change management in the SAP environment.
Experience in post-go-live support and end-user support.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business areas.
