Role Overview
- Elicit and detail business requirements with key users and involved areas.
- Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Prepare functional specifications for the development of enhancements and corrections.
- Collaborate with technical teams and consultants involved in implementing solutions.
- Plan, prepare, and execute functional and integrated test scenarios.
- Support and assist users during unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate deliveries and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Perform transport procedures for objects and functionalities between environments.
- Provide functional support and post-go-live follow-up.
- Contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of continuous improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance and improvements of SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of business processes related to the functional module.
- Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications.
- Experience executing and overseeing unit, integrated, and acceptance tests.
- Knowledge of SAP change management and transport processes.
- Experience providing functional support after implementation.
- Ability to interact with business users and stakeholders.
- Experience with Application Management Services (AMS) support methodologies.
