You coordinate appointments, assist with scheduling meetings, and ensure structured preparation and follow-up for meetings.
You handle booking, managing and expense reporting for business travel, and apply for A1 certificates and BahnCards.
You support the team in organizing and coordinating business lunches/dinners, maintain event lists and calendars, and assist with event registrations as required.
You are the primary point of contact for visitors, coordinate appointments in advance, and ensure a professional, service-oriented reception.
This also includes managing and ordering office and work supplies and ensuring a well-stocked kitchen and communal areas.
Additionally, you liaise with internal and external service providers.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
At least five years of professional experience in an assistant role, ideally with responsibility for at least ten employees.
Strong IT skills, especially with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams); SharePoint is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English and a professional, service-oriented manner.
High reliability, loyalty and a responsible handling of confidential information.
A structured, independent and proactive working style, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
