Requirements
10+ years of media strategy, planning, and investment experience, with significant healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.
Deep expertise in omnichannel media strategy, audience planning, and integrated communications planning.
Strong understanding of healthcare media ecosystems across HCP, patient, caregiver, and consumer audiences.
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead complex, multi-channel media strategies tied to measurable business outcomes.
Experience building measurement frameworks and translating performance insights into strategic recommendations.
Proven success in influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive-level clients.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, media research, attribution, marketing effectiveness, and emerging media technologies.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and drive alignment within complex matrixed organizations.
Experience contributing to agency growth initiatives, thought leadership, and new business efforts preferred.
