During your apprenticeship as an IT Systems Management clerk or as an IT Specialist in System Integration, you will work in the IT support team and learn how IT systems are operated, supported, and further developed reliably in day-to-day business.
Supporting and assisting users and customers with IT questions and incidents
Working in IT support (ticketing system, problem analysis, finding solutions)
Operation and administration of IT systems, workstations and IT services
Documenting IT solutions and processes
Participating in IT projects and continuous service improvements
Your apprenticeship combines technical tasks (e.g., setting up systems, troubleshooting, IT operations) with communication and organizational responsibilities.

Confident and friendly communication with internal and external stakeholders comes naturally to you
You are highly service-oriented, enjoy working independently, and as part of a harmonious team
At least a good intermediate secondary school certificate (Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss / Realschulabschluss)
Enthusiasm for technical topics and support
You enjoy continuous learning, want to contribute, and are looking for a long-term perspective after your apprenticeship
Fluent German and, ideally, good English skills
