Role Overview
- Create and update invoices based on insurance billing data
- Review insurance payments and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Reconcile projected invoice amounts with actual payments received
- Track client co-pays, secondary insurance payments, and outstanding balances
- Adjust invoice line items and totals based on updated payment information
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
- Process and manage large volumes of invoice data
- Update spreadsheets and reports as needed
- Ensure accuracy across all billing and invoicing systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in invoicing, billing, bookkeeping, or data entry
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Comfortable working with Excel and large data sets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to follow processes and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Experience with insurance billing or payment reconciliation is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
