Lead the strategic management of the brand, defining and orchestrating communication and positioning guidelines with a focus on value generation, reputation strengthening and consistent stakeholder experience across all touchpoints.
Ensure the consistent application of brand identity across all touchpoints, providing guidance to internal audiences and partners.
Lead the development of strategic content, including institutional, technical and commercial materials (press releases, presentations, videos, catalogs, among others), ensuring relevance, quality and alignment with brand positioning.
Develop and implement the communications plan, ensuring message consistency, brand management, digital presence and updates to institutional channels.
Plan, execute and monitor marketing and institutional events, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient use of resources and value generation for the business.
Participate in the organization and attendance of industry trade shows and events, working with cross-functional teams and contributing to scope definition, setup and investment decisions.
Conduct market research and analysis (customers, trends, portfolio and technologies) to support decisions and strategic direction.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to promote alignment, efficiency and continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required by leadership.
Requirements
Completed postgraduate degree in fields related to the scope of the role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
Computer skills / Microsoft Office.
Experience in Marketing with an emphasis on Communication.
English and/or Spanish (intermediate or advanced level).
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or editing programs.
Availability to travel.
