Support the contracting processes for Marketing services and suppliers (advertising, media, events, production, research, models, photographers, filmmakers, makeup artists, stylists, catering, studios, locations, promotional items, etc.).
Ensure that all requests comply with internal policies, compliance standards, and the company's procurement procedures.
Prepare quotes, comparisons, and demand tracking, supporting negotiations with suppliers.
Monitor the approval flow, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain close relationships with stakeholder areas, understanding their needs and contributing to agile, process-compliant solutions.
Support continuous improvement of purchasing workflows and the consolidation/centralization of the Marketing category.
Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
Lead RFIs / RFQs / RFPs for marketing projects.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Evaluate and act to improve area performance KPIs (savings, contracts, etc.).

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields).
Previous experience in purchasing/procurement processes or in support areas for Marketing.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and procurement systems (SAP Ariba or similar).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple demands.
Good communication and relationship-building skills across different company departments.
