Role Overview
The Inbound Sales Development Representative will own all inbound leads: demo requests, webinar signups, content downloads, pricing inquiries, and general requests for information.
Your job is to engage and qualify these leads, and continue to work them until they show to a demo.
Respond to every inbound lead within 5 minutes of submission
Work leads through email and call sequences until they show up to the demo
Manage the full inbound lead backlog to work these leads to completion or hand-off.
When inbound volume dips, you don't dip with it. You continue to work past-inbound leads to find a way to quota each month.
This is a process driven role. Keep your CRM tight; activity logged, leads properly staged, nothing falling through the cracks.
Requirements
Sales Experience: 0–2 years of sales, SDR, or customer-facing experience (this is a great entry point into tech sales).
Speed matters to you. You don't wait around on follow-up and you don't let leads go cold
You're organized and process-driven without needing to be hand-held
Coachable, curious, and genuinely competitive
Comfortable on the phone and in writing
Familiarity with the home services industry
Experience with a CRM (HubSpot is a plus) is helpful but not required
Strong work ethic and discipline
Effective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection, and amenable to work graveyard shift.
