Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams

Manage the complete product lifecycle
from market analysis and voice of customer research through product development, launch, and ongoing optimization
Develop pricing strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and create effective marketing programs to drive adoption
Build strategic relationships with customers and key opinion leaders while contributing to scientific advances
Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in product management, marketing or related commercial experience in life sciences/scientific products industry
Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Business or related field
Additional certifications in Product Management or Marketing beneficial
Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and supporting business growth
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities for forecasting and business planning
Excellent project management skills with ability to guide cross-functional initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
Deep understanding of customer clinical laboratory workflows and ability to translate needs into product requirements
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful product launches and marketing campaigns
Experience with product lifecycle management and stage-gate development processes
Proficiency with business applications including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Customer-centric mindset with consultative approach to solution development
Travel required for customer/site visits and industry events up to 30%
