Develop new projects with strategic, high-value clients
Conduct consultative sales and qualify new opportunities in the enterprise segment
Lead consultative diagnostic meetings and build tailored solutions
Represent HealthBit's value proposition as a strategic consultancy
Establish relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client portfolio companies
Support the area's commercial and consulting activities
Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing team to attract new clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Experience in consultative sales, business development, corporate client relationship management, or project management in B2B environments
Analytical ability to understand clients' challenges and support the development of customized solutions
Strong communication, active listening, and a consultative approach
Organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands
Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare market, corporate health, employee benefits, health insurers/operators, consultancies, healthtechs, or related segments
Previous experience in corporate health, benefits, health insurers/operators, consultancies, healthtechs, or companies that manage the health of corporate populations
Experience in designing, implementing, or monitoring customized solutions, projects, or initiatives for corporate clients
Knowledge of health management, healthcare performance indicators, healthcare costs, or models of care
Experience managing relationships with corporate clients and multiple stakeholders
Postgraduate degree or additional training in management, health, business administration, marketing, or related areas.
