You are a generalist commercial advisor who welcomes and advises clients in a Belfius branch and remotely (phone, chat, social media, e-mail...)
You are responsible for equipping clients with payment solutions and basic savings/investment products
You identify opportunities for specialised colleagues
You play a crucial role within the branch: when you detect important signals, you guide clients to your colleagues for specialist advice
To ensure accessibility for our clients, you are willing to occasionally work evenings and/or Saturdays (after successfully completing your training)
