Strategic management of OTB (Open to Buy): Lead the construction and review of the purchasing budget, setting Sales, Margin, Inventory and Turnover targets for the Home category, ensuring the financial health of the business.
Team leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts, guiding the construction of sales scenarios and the modeling of the financial plan, ensuring the accuracy of analyses presented.
Assortment validation: Work jointly with the Product/Style area to define the mix strategy (breadth and depth of the assortment), validating that the assortment plan aligns with the stipulated financial targets.
Performance management: Critically analyze the KPIs managed by the team (stock coverage, sell-through, margin), making quick decisions on markdowns, promotions or replenishments to correct course and maximize results.
Cross-functional interface: Serve as the strategic focal point in interfacing with Purchasing, Visual Merchandising and Marketing, ensuring commercial planning is aligned with store actions and campaigns.
Long-term vision: Translate operational data produced by analysts into tactical and strategic action plans for the Commercial Board.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related fields
Solid experience in Commercial Planning management in retail (preferably in fashion or home categories)
Proven track record in leading and developing high-performance teams
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability for financial and budget modeling
