Develop talent market maps and competitor analyses for strategic hiring initiatives.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity within ATS and CRM systems.

Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within financial services, private equity, investment management, legal, compliance, accounting, or professional services environments.
Demonstrated success recruiting mid-level through executive-level professionals.
Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying passive talent.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
