Lead on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work
Act as a key point of contact for major clients
Lead workforce change projects and advise on compliance
Provide strategic ER advisory support and investigations guidance
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
Manage matters profitably and efficiently
Coordinate multi-jurisdictional projects
Requirements
Qualified solicitor status in England & Wales (or equivalent employment law jurisdiction)
6+ years’ PQE gained in a reputable employment practice
Deep knowledge of UK employment law and demonstrable experience across several areas like TUPE, national minimum wage, holiday pay, equal pay, investigations, and ER advisory
Experience leading employment workstreams on transactions and large-scale change programmes
Proven client relationship skills
Strong supervision experience to develop junior team members
Evidence of business development capability
Excellent communication, drafting and presentation skills
