Role Overview
What You'll Do
- Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and engage new opportunities across companion-animal, equine, exotic, and mixed-animal practices. Schedule and lead discovery conversations with veterinary teams evaluating imaging and workflow solutions.
- Demos & Deals: Deliver crisp product demos (cloud PACS, 3D viewer, teleconsultation options, PIMS integrations) and support proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Account Care: Build trust with prospects and customers; capture their needs and translate them into solutions and clear next steps.
- Marketing Support: Assist with content initiatives, including creating tradeshow materials, suggesting case highlights, and reviewing educational content for accuracy and clarity.
- Events: Attend tradeshows and help with booth prep, live demos, and lead capture.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and strong CRM hygiene in Salesforce to support clear visibility into pipeline activity.
Success looks like: consistent activity, qualified pipeline growth, strong demo-to-opportunity conversion, clean CRM hygiene, and closed-won contribution.
Requirements
What You'll Bring

Veterinary industry sales experience — especially in imaging, medical devices, software, or practice workflow solutions — is strongly valued.
- Communication: A clear, confident communicator who is comfortable running demos and handling objections.
- CRM & record keeping: Familiarity with CRM platforms and strong habits around accurate, consistent record keeping.
- Work style: Organized, curious, and coachable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to tradeshows and industry events 3–4 times per year.
- Education: A business, veterinary, or related field is preferred but not required; equivalent hands-on experience is welcome.
- Nice to have: Understanding of veterinary practice workflows (reception → imaging → reporting → billing), PIMS, teleradiology ecosystems, or prior SaaS sales experience.
