Role Overview
- Expert in Desktop Management
- Manage mass software distribution and troubleshoot failed deployments
- Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices
- Participate in triage calls for major incidents
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Support, Manage, optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Desktop Management
- Expert in Windows 10/11 related issues
- Must have 6+ years of technical expertise in software deployment tools such as SCCM, Intune
- Must have experience with Software packaging tools
- Managing end to end patching for end user devices
- Strong ITIL process knowledge
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred
- Certification with any deployment tool – Preferrable
