Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Verizon Connect Operations
Conduct research, analysis, and end user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and user needs
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, and design throughout the product lifecycle
Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release management
Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and growth
Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally
Mentor and guide product owners
Support the Product (PA) team in complimentary tasks that contribute to the success of the team

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
Strong proficiency in Product practices, requirements gathering, user research, solution design
Implementation planning and success metrics management
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira)
