Senior Execution Manager – Strategic Tech Products

Role Overview

• You structure, analyze and document requirements for strategic technology initiatives within the operations domain
• You plan and manage cross-functional projects and ensure their successful delivery
• You monitor project progress, identify risks early and derive appropriate mitigation measures
• You prepare management updates, decision papers and steering committee materials for senior leadership
• You coordinate collaboration between different teams and ensure transparency, alignment and clear responsibilities
• You support Tech Product Leadership with strategic questions, analyses and operational prioritization
• You manage external IT service providers, establish efficient provider management processes and support contract negotiations through to successful completion

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in project management, consulting or a comparable role in a technology-driven environment
• You have experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects and can translate strategic topics into concrete actions
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• You communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders and operate comfortably at all organizational levels
• You take ownership, work independently and maintain oversight even in a dynamic environment
• Ideally, you bring initial experience in technology, operations or digitization projects
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
