Develop and optimize standardized delivery processes for data center products, covering design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery.
Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, supply chain, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of data center products throughout their lifecycle.
Ensure that strict quality standards are followed throughout the production and delivery of products, minimizing defects and rework.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs, ensuring that standardized product designs meet their technical and operational requirements.
Identify and improve bottlenecks in the delivery process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Regularly evaluate and update the technical and delivery standards for data center products to keep pace with market changes and technological advancements.
Manage the progress of multiple product delivery projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure supply chain reliability and the timely delivery of components.
Provide training on standardized delivery processes to internal teams and offer technical support to ensure effective implementation.
Maintain all relevant documentation for the delivery of containerized products, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in data center construction, or containerized product delivery project management.
Deep understanding of the design, manufacturing, and delivery processes for containerized data centers.
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certifications preferred.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying bottlenecks in the delivery process and proposing improvement solutions.
Fluent in English, experience working in multinational companies or managing international data center construction projects are preferred.
