Role Overview
- Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce the company's offering
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and book meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with contacts who haven't yet responded
- Keep the CRM updated with all outreach activity and outcomes
- Work towards daily and weekly booking targets
Requirements
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a phone-based customer role
- A clear, friendly phone manner with strong spoken English
- Resilience — comfortable with rejection and focused on the next call
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking
- Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
