Role Overview
- Support in managing national and international clients
- Assist in organizing and executing campaigns and projects
- Prepare timelines, status lists, presentations and meeting notes
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media, PR)
- Prepare briefings, feedback and project information
- Support monitoring of timelines and budgets
- Gradually take on first independent sub-projects
- Independently manage clients
- Manage projects – from briefing through execution to invoicing
- Develop and support 360° campaigns (online & offline)
- Serve as central point of contact between clients, internal teams and partners
- Monitor timelines, budgets and project progress
- Conduct and lead presentations and client meetings
- Actively contribute to strategies, concepts and creative approaches
Requirements
- Degree or training in marketing, communications, media or a related field
- Initial practical experience is an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and high motivation
- Structured and reliable working style
- Excellent German and English skills
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (ideally in an agency)
- Experience in project management and client servicing
- Independent and proactive working approach
- Understanding of campaigns, budgets and processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
