Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end production of marketing campaigns, including print, POS, and branded materials
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide production guidance
- Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables, maintaining brand and technical standards
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Client Services, Creative) to align on project objectives
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and issues
- Support workflow management and prioritisation across multiple projects
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and production records****
Requirements
- Experience in print, POS, or production management within an agency or marketing environment
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness, including budget and cost management
- Comfortable working with production systems and tools
- Fluency in English and French are essential.
