Support the continuous digitization and optimization of processes
DMS outsourcing for partner companies
Testing and approval of new builds and major updates
On-site appointments and visits at partner companies
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or vocational training as an IT systems trainee / IT specialist with several years of professional experience in the insurance sector
Alternatively, completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or merchant for insurance and finance
Basic knowledge of business administration and ideally knowledge in process management
Strong IT affinity and confident user of Office 365
