You are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for our corporate group, which includes medical care centers (MVZ), digital operations, and the management company — from job posting to hire (with regulatory support).
You develop and implement modern recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals in medicine, administration, product/technology, and management.
You are actively involved in building a strong employer brand together with our marketing team (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xing, etc.) to position us as an attractive employer in healthcare.
You work closely with the leadership teams of the individual areas to create tailored job profiles and selection processes.
After hiring, your role continues as the central point of contact for our employees — for questions about daily work, collaboration, personal development, and organizational topics.
You develop internal communication structures, feedback formats, and employee retention initiatives that contribute to an open and appreciative corporate culture.
You support and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure new colleagues are integrated effectively from day one.
You actively contribute to cultural development in a growing healthcare company with hybrid working structures.
Requirements
Degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Law, Health Sciences, Psychology, Humanities (Philosophy, German Studies, Literature, etc.), or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and people management.
Confident use of Personio or comparable HR platforms is required.
Experience with implementing and managing OKRs is desirable.
Language skills: German: fluent or business fluent (at least C1); English: conversational (at least B2).
