Role Overview
- The 12-month outcomes: We don't measure success by time spent at the desk.
- Month 1: You have taken the lead for one key account and manage the processes autonomously.
- Month 2: Your first independent placement is completed.
- Month 6: You have generated €60,000 in revenue.
- Month 12: You are at €250,000 in annual revenue.
Requirements
- High-performance headhunter
- You master LinkedIn Automation or use Clay / GitHub / Stack Overflow as levers to find passive talent.
- You have the courage to probe in interviews until true performance is revealed.
- You speak with Practice Leads and C-level executives on equal footing.
- Extreme Ownership: a difficult profile is not a reason to complain but a challenge.
