Role Overview
- Be part of comprehensive real estate and project developments
- Be involved in the property lifecycle at all stages
- Advise real estate companies and investment/holding entities
- Develop tax structures for asset and share deals
- Draft and assess purchase and lease agreements from a tax perspective
- Incorporate results into tax balance sheets and tax returns
- Support tax audits
Requirements
- Degree in law, economics/business administration, or real estate management
- Successfully completed the tax advisor examination (Steuerberaterexamen)
- Quickly identify complex issues
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Team player, communicative and committed
- Very good German and ideally English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
