About this role
Role Overview
- Advises and supports clients in implementing circular construction and deconstruction projects
- Supports R&D projects
- Develops planning and ensures the smooth implementation of complex client projects
- Leads the project team and project partners through the process
- Oversees project monitoring and control, budget management, and resource planning
- Keeps the company's operational value creation in view and identifies options for material reuse and repurposing
- Proactively maintains client relationships as a basis for developing new projects
Requirements
- Solid professional experience delivering projects for clients in the construction and real estate sector
- Confident user of common LCA software and databases (e.g., OneClick LCA, CAALA, eLCA, or ÖKOBAUDAT)
- Able to independently prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations
- Proficient in writing result publications, reports, documentation, or manuals
- Experience coordinating stakeholders and engaging in collaborative, peer‑level communication
- Able to design and facilitate workshops for collaborative solution development
- Fluent in German and English
