Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Management, psychology relevant majors.
HR professional seniority at least 7yrs, with C&B function role at least 5 yrs.
Experience with SAP/SF is preferred.
Must have project management experience , better have PMP training program over 30hrs at least.
Full function experience, preferred expertise in C&B/OM/HRBP, familiar WTW/Mercer survey methodology.
Passionate and friendly personality with HR enthusiastic characteristics.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Bilingual communicator in Mandarin and English.
