About this role
Role Overview
Designing and executing agile innovation demonstration projects to evaluate effectiveness, viability and return on investment.
These projects will identify and test novel approaches, processes, technologies and best practices that will create value for patients, have the potential to optimize trial recruitment, reduce trial set up and execution cycle times, and/or reduce cost.
Collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses.
Be a thought and execution leader in technology projects, specifically in (Gen)AI driven enhancements and automations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute the projects, develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely evaluation and decision making for launch.
Generating conclusive results to support the business case for launch or adoption of these new methods.
Proactively identifying potential roadblocks and taking a solutions-driven approach for complex and undefined projects that may not be addressed by existing policies, procedures, or protocols.
Providing leadership and project management for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Support IH Launch, with change management to ensure successful implementation in the broader organization.
Requirements
A Bachelors’ degree is required; Master’s degree/Graduate degree in business or life sciences is highly preferred
A minimum of 4 years of work experience in industry or academia is required, including at least 3 years within a clinical development environment (pharmaceutical, medical devices, CRO or other clinical development service organization).
Strong project leadership skills combining hands-on project management, proactive planning, stakeholder alignment, and effective issue and conflict resolution is required.
Solid foundation in project management principles is required; formal project management certification is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to take an idea through proposal, demonstration and to a scaled solution is required.
Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining momentum and delivery focus is required.
Ability to craft solid business cases based on active listening and solid benchtop analysis.
