Design and execute integrated Professional Education programs aligned with overall marketing and business strategy
Lead annual planning, segmentation, and prioritization for key specialties
Translate market needs and marketing strategy into impactful education initiatives that support product adoption
Act as a strategic partner to marketing and business teams
Manage end-to-end execution of events and programs
Partner with KOLs and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and relevant content
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, associations, and key stakeholders
Drive effective communication and engagement with Sales teams and key customers
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities
Ensure full compliance with HCC, legal, and internal policies across all activities

Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in professional education, marketing, product management, or commercial roles within healthcare
Experience in medical education, scientific engagement, or HCP-focused program delivery
Solid understanding of healthcare environment, clinical pathways, and medical technologies
Ability to translate customer and educational needs into structured learning solutions that support clinical practice and business objectives
Advanced English and native Turkish proficiency
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (possessing a valid B driving license)
