Develop and deliver learning content including modules, videos, simulations, labs, and assessments aligned with approved instructional designs
Ensure content accurately represents mining operations, MineStar products, workflows, and real‑world use cases through close collaboration with SMEs and reviewers
Create and integrate multimedia elements such as visuals, demos, simulations, and interactive components to improve learner engagement and comprehension
Maintain and update learning assets based on product changes, platform updates, learner feedback, and review outcomes
Adhere to MTA content standards, templates, style guides, and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, reviewers, and Program Managers to deliver content aligned with timelines and quality expectations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mining, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrates understanding of MineStar products, mining workflows, and operational use cases
Develops structured learning modules, simulations, and assessments aligned to instructional designs
Creates visuals, simulations, and screen recordings to enhance learning effectiveness
Ensures content meets defined quality, accuracy, and consistency standards
Works effectively with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and reviewers to refine content
