About this role

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that automate workflows and enhance decision-making
Focus on integrating multi-agent frameworks and ensuring scalable and ethical agent-based systems
Define, plan, and lead the technical direction for assigned AI initiatives
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align AI priorities with business outcomes
Mentor junior engineers and ensure knowledge sharing across the team
Drive the development of automation workflows and APIs that integrate with business tools
Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability through best development practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of relevant experience in AI, software, or data development
Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g. Langchain)
Experience with Vector databases (e.g. pinecone)
Experience with embedding models, RAG architecture, and LLM principles
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
