Ensure digital solutions directly address business pain points and support strategic outcomes for TDS product and process development.
Own, articulate, and socialize the business case for the product, including value drivers, success metrics and value realization plans.
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and measurable outcomes from the business perspective.
Partner closely with Technical Product Owner, development teams, subject-matter experts (SMEs), quality and change management to prioritize business features, balancing feasibility, compliance and value.
Maintain the business roadmap (release plan, adoption milestones, impact metrics) and update stakeholders on progress and trade-offs.
Define and approve business acceptance criteria for releases; validate delivered features against business outcomes.
Lead product compliance and risk analysis to ensure solutions meet relevant regulatory, quality and data integrity requirements.
Track adoption, change-readiness and business impact; drive stakeholder engagement to meet adoption milestones.
Monitor and report product impact against business objectives, using data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
5+ years product ownership or product management experience.
Strong business domain knowledge and credibility within Pharmaceutical R&D / CMC / Manufacturing or adjacent regulated environments.
Demonstrated experience owning business requirements, product outcomes, or digital initiatives.
Ability to translate strategy into clear, measurable product outcomes.
Working knowledge of agile delivery and product‑centric ways of working.
Background in change management, adoption programs or operational excellence projects.
Preferred: Direct experience supporting CMC / Process Development digital solutions (e.g., LIMS, ELN, MES, lab automation, R&D informatics).
Experience with portfolio or program management tools and adoption analytics platforms.
Experience with GenAI and Agentic Automation.
