Leverage dynamic content blocks and conditional logic for deep personalisation.
Demonstrate platform knowledge and technical execution in marketing automation platforms, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
Oversee platform configuration, maintenance, and data to support campaign scalability and compliance.
Monitor campaign performance closely to identify client actions, drop-off points, and engagement trends based on the reporting.
Conduct A.B and multivariate testing on subject lines, journey paths, send times, CTAs, and messaging frameworks.
Requirements
5+ years of CRM marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic role within the financial markets, is a must.
Extensive experience in the Forex industry (5+ years), with a deep understanding of client behaviour, regulatory considerations, and industry dynamics, is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven track record in strategising, developing, executing, and optimising high-performing CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple languages and regulatory environments.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around CRM goals.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing technologies, including automation platforms and BI tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reports and complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights and personalised strategies to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of behavioural psychology, allowing you to craft messaging that resonates and converts.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
