About this role
Role Overview
Central point of contact between internal departments and clients
Identifies individual needs and develops tailored solutions
Guides new and existing clients through all contract and order processes
Proactively informs clients about new benefits
Actively helps shape the benefits portfolio
Provides strategic client advisory and develops bespoke benefits programs
Identifies improvement opportunities in existing systems to support sustainable employee retention
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics
Ideally complemented by experience in Compensation & Benefits
Strong service orientation, empathy, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and organizational skills
Confident handling of commercial topics
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
