About this role
Role Overview
Central communication hub: You coordinate exchanges between internal departments and clients
Relationship building & client retention: You develop long-term client relationships
Needs analysis & satisfaction: Identifying individual customer needs
Proactive customer communication: Inform customers about new benefits and developments
Portfolio development & implementation: Expanding the benefits offering and implementing innovative bonus models
Requirements
Degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation
Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and coordination skills
Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
