Recruiting: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to hiring new WINners, and you spot potential before others do.
Employer Branding & Corporate Culture: You actively work to make WIN more visible as an employer and shape a corporate culture that doesn’t happen by accident. You develop formats and structures that embed collaboration, openness and excellence into everyday work.
HR Processes & Administration: You maintain and optimize our HR processes, from contract management to workforce planning, in an efficient, legally compliant and humane manner.
Employee Lifecycle: You accompany our WINners from their first to their last day with well-designed processes from onboarding to offboarding.
Employee Development: You identify potential, initiate development conversations and, together with team leads, create a space for real growth.
Point of Contact & Trusted Person: You are available to all WINners, build trust and act as a bridge between employees and management.

You have successfully completed a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, or can convince us with a comparable qualification.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably already in an agency.
You have experience in recruiting and know how to find and persuade the right people.
You love working with people, understand the needs of a creative company and know what matters for an inclusive and diverse corporate culture.
You are proficient in using Personio and can no longer imagine day-to-day HR without AI.
You are familiar with employment law and know how to apply it.
You have very good communication skills in German; English is a plus.
